At SmartKidz Heritage Club, we are committed to building confident, creative, and culturally aware children through engaging educational and recreational programs. Our summer camps provide children with opportunities to learn, explore, build friendships, and develop valuable life skills in a fun and supportive environment.
Available Positions
Camp Manager
The Camp Manager will provide leadership and oversight for camp operations, ensuring a safe, organized, and engaging experience for all participants. This role involves supervising staff, coordinating daily activities, and supporting the successful delivery of camp programming.
Ideal candidates will:
- Be enthusiastic about working with children
- Demonstrate strong leadership and organizational skills
- Be energetic and willing to actively participate in camp activities
- Be patient, encouraging, and able to connect with children from diverse backgrounds
- Take initiative and effectively lead a small team
Camp Leaders
Camp Leaders play a key role in creating memorable experiences for campers. They will assist with program delivery, facilitate activities, encourage participation, and help ensure a safe and positive camp environment.
Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must:
- Be between the ages of 15 and 30 at the start of employment
- Have a valid Social Insurance Number (SIN)
- Be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or a person granted refugee status in Canada
